The Green Hydrogen Production System, a patented technology that reduces carbon emissions in hydrogen production, comprises two main components: a methanator and a reformer, both integrated into a reactor main body. The Methanator carries out the carbon dioxide methanation reaction from one side to the other, and the reformer uses the heat generated by the methanater to trigger its reforming reaction. The system can significantly enhance the efficiency and sustainability of hydrogen fuel production for industrial applications such as industrial chemical processes like ammonia synthesis or metal refining. It can also be integrated into renewable energy systems to store excess electricity as hydrogen.
