PureSky Energy has acquired a 2.47 MW community solar project in Potomac, Maryland from the developer, Chaberton Energy. The project will take up just 4 acres of land and take just nine weeks to install. The unique Erthos mounting system, which installs solar on the ground without any trackers below, provides the highest electricity production per acre and reduces the need for land. The design also increases panel density, reducing the land needed, and can install modules in half the time. The acquisition marks a significant step forward for PureSky Energy in expanding its footprint and setting a new standard for solar installations that are both community-friendly and efficient.
