Wyoming 2 is a solar power plant located in Chisago City, Minnesota, within the Midwest Reliability Organization’s jurisdiction. With an operating capacity of 5 MW, it harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. The plant is operated by Wyoming 2 CSG 1 and is unregulated, allowing for flexible operational practices. Fresh Air Energy II is the majority owner, with EcoPlexus serving as the owner holding company.
