The plant is managed by Jsi O&M Group and is unregulated, providing flexibility in its operations. Quattro Solar holds the majority ownership, while LS Power Development is the owner holding company. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced is the Ohio Power Company, contributing to the region’s renewable energy landscape within the PJM Interconnection power control area.
