Wright is a hydraulic turbine facility located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, operating under the jurisdiction of the Midwest Reliability Organization. With an operating capacity of 0.5 megawatts, the plant plays a vital role in the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area. The facility is regulated and is primarily owned and operated by Otter Tail Power Company, a subsidiary of Otter Tail Corporation.
