Winona Garden is a solar power facility located in Altura, Minnesota, within the Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 0.9 megawatts and is integrated into the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) power control area. Nokomis Energy serves as both the plant operator and the majority owner, maintaining an unregulated status.
