White River Solar 2 is a solar power facility located in Alpaugh, California, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 19.8 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by Ced White River Solar 2 and operates under an unregulated status. The majority ownership lies with Consolidated Edison Development, a subsidiary of RWE Aktiengesellschaft. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced is Pacific Gas and Electric Company, contributing to California’s renewable energy goals.
