Whistling Winds DPC Solar is a solar power facility located in New Lisbon, Wisconsin, within the Midwest Reliability Organization region. With an operating capacity of 1.5 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by ENGIE US Solar, which is also the majority owner, under the parent company Engie SA.
