Westmont 400A is a solar power facility located in Los Angeles, California, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. With an operating capacity of 2.3 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to contribute to the local power grid. It is operated by Altus Power, which also holds majority ownership, under the umbrella of TPG. The facility operates in an unregulated environment and primarily sells its generated power to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, ensuring a sustainable energy source for the city.
