Walterville is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Springfield, Oregon, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 7.5 megawatts and is managed by the Eugene Water & Electric Board. It falls under the jurisdiction of the Bonneville Power Administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The facility is wholly owned by the City of Eugene, Oregon, which also serves as the owner holding company.
