Wallenpaupack is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Hawley, Pennsylvania, within the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. The plant operates with a capacity of 44 megawatts and is integrated into the PJM Interconnection power control area. Brookfield Renewable Partners serves as the plant operator and majority owner, with ownership held under Brookfield Corporation. As an unregulated facility, Wallenpaupack utilizes water as its primary fuel source, contributing to the region’s renewable energy portfolio.
