Vuelta Solar is a solar power facility located in East Brookfield, Massachusetts, operating within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. With an operating capacity of 4.7 megawatts (MW), the plant contributes to the energy needs of the ISO New England power control area. Vuelta Solar is managed by Vuelta Solar and is unregulated in its operations. The facility is majority-owned by NuGen Capital Management, which also serves as the holding company. Utilizing solar energy as its primary fuel source, Vuelta Solar exemplifies a commitment to renewable energy solutions in the region.
