Voyager Wind II is a wind turbine facility located in Mojave, California, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 128.7 MW, the plant harnesses wind energy to generate electricity. It is managed by Terra-Gen, which is also the majority owner, under the ECP continuation fund. The facility operates in an unregulated environment and supplies power primarily to Shell Energy North America (US) through the California Independent System Operator’s power control area.
