Upper Pacolet Hydro is a regulated hydroelectric power plant located in Pacolet, South Carolina, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. Utilizing hydraulic turbine technology, the facility has an operating capacity of 1.1 MW. It is operated by Lockhart Power Company, which is also the majority owner, under the holding company Milliken & Company. The plant generates electricity using water as its fuel source and primarily sells its power to Duke Energy Carolinas, which manages the power control area for this facility.
