Upper Bartholomew is a hydraulic turbine facility located in Springville, Utah, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. The plant operates at a capacity of 0.2 megawatts and is part of the PacifiCorp E+W power control area. It is regulated and primarily owned by Springville City, which also serves as the plant operator. Utilizing water as its fuel source, Upper Bartholomew contributes to the region’s renewable energy portfolio while supporting local energy needs.
