Union Falls is a hydropower facility located in Au Sable Forks, New York, operating under the Northeast Power Coordinating Council. With a capacity of 2.6 MW, this unregulated plant utilizes hydraulic turbine technology to generate electricity. The facility is managed by Union Falls Hydropower Limited Partnership, which is also its majority owner, under the holding company Kruger. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced at Union Falls is Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, and the plant harnesses water as its fuel source.
