The Tullytown power plant, located in Tullytown, Pennsylvania, operates under the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. Utilizing internal combustion technology, the facility has an operating capacity of 1.6 MW and is part of the PJM Interconnection power control area. The plant is operated by WM Renewable Energy, which is also its majority owner, under the holding company Waste Management. As an unregulated facility, Tullytown primarily generates power from biomass, with PECO Energy Company as its main power purchaser.
