Tulloch is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Copperopolis, California, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 25.5 megawatts and is integrated into the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) power control area. The facility is regulated and is primarily owned and operated by the Oakdale & South San Joaquin Irrigation District, which also serves as the owner holding company.
