Tracy Solar is a solar power facility located in Bailey, North Carolina, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. With an operating capacity of 10 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is operated by Tracy Solar and is unregulated, providing flexibility in its operations. The majority ownership lies with Cypress Creek Renewables, under the holding company EQT Infrastructure V. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced is Duke Energy Progress, which plays a key role in the local power control area.
