TPE RI WA1 Solar is a solar power facility located in Warren, Rhode Island, operating under the jurisdiction of the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC). The plant boasts an operating capacity of 3.5 megawatts and is integrated into the ISO New England power control area. Managed by Nexamp Asset Management Services, TPE RI WA1 Solar operates in an unregulated environment. The majority ownership of the plant is held by Nexamp, with Mitsubishi Corporation serving as the owner holding company. The primary fuel source for the facility is solar energy.
