Toledo Bend is a hydraulic turbine power plant located in Burkeville, Texas, operating under the jurisdiction of the SERC Reliability Corporation within the Midcontinent Independent System Operator power control area. With an operating capacity of 80 megawatts, the facility utilizes water as its primary fuel source. The plant is managed by Entergy Texas and is classified as unregulated. The majority ownership is held by the Sabine River Authority of Louisiana, which also serves as the owner holding company. Additionally, the Sabine River Authority of Texas is recognized as another owner of the power plant.
