Tioga Solar Morris County 1 is a solar power facility located in Morristown, New Jersey, within the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. With an operating capacity of 1 MW, the plant utilizes solar technology to harness energy from the sun. It is part of the PJM Interconnection power control area and is operated by Spower Opco A. The facility is unregulated and is majority-owned by Alberta Investment Management Corporation, which also serves as the owner holding company. The primary power purchaser for the plant is the Morris County Improvement Authority (MCIA).
