Timber Road IV is a wind turbine power plant located in Payne, Ohio, within the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. With an operating capacity of 125.1 MW, it plays a significant role in the PJM Interconnection power control area. The plant is operated by EDP Renewables North America, which is also its majority owner, under the holding company EDP SA. As an unregulated facility, Timber Road IV harnesses wind energy to generate electricity, with Microsoft Corporation as its primary power purchaser.
