Thomas Fitzhugh is a combined cycle power plant located in Ozark, Arkansas, operating under the Midwest Reliability Organization. With an operating capacity of 172 MW, the plant utilizes gas as its primary fuel source. It is managed by the Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation, which is also the majority owner and holding company. The plant operates in an unregulated environment and is part of the Southwest Power Pool power control area. The primary gas supply for the facility is sourced from the Ozark Gas Transmission.
