TES Rowtier operates a solar power facility located in Westminster, Massachusetts, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant, known as TES Rowtier Solar 23, has an operating capacity of 3 megawatts (MW) and is integrated into the ISO New England power control area. As an unregulated entity, TES Rowtier Solar 23 is both the majority owner and the holding company for this facility, which harnesses solar energy as its primary fuel source. The strategic positioning of this solar plant contributes to the region’s renewable energy goals and enhances the sustainability of the local power grid.
