The Terminus Hydroelectric Project, located in Lemon Cove, California, operates under the Western Electricity Coordinating Council. Utilizing hydraulic turbine technology, the facility has an operating capacity of 20 MW and is managed by Eagle Creek Renewable Energy. As an unregulated plant, it primarily generates power from water, with Southern California Edison Company as its main power purchaser. The project is majority-owned by Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, which is a subsidiary of Ontario Power Generation.
