Tenth Street is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Norwich, Connecticut, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 1.2 megawatts and is integrated into the ISO New England power control area. The facility is regulated and is wholly owned and operated by the City of Norwich, Connecticut.
