Tenkiller Ferry is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Gore, Oklahoma, within the Midwest Reliability Organization (NERC Region). The plant operates with a capacity of 42 megawatts and is managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers – Tulsa District. As part of the Southwestern Power Administration’s power control area, Tenkiller Ferry utilizes water as its primary fuel source. The facility is currently unregulated and is majority-owned by the US Army Corps of Engineers – Tulsa District, which is a holding entity of the Government of the United States.
