Tehachapi Wind Resource II is a wind turbine facility located in Tehachapi, California, with an operating capacity of 21.9 MW. It falls under the jurisdiction of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council and operates within the California Independent System Operator’s power control area. The plant is managed by Calwind Resources, which is also the majority owner and holding company. As an unregulated facility, it harnesses wind as its primary fuel source, supplying power primarily to Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
