The Taygete Energy Project is a solar power facility located in Coyanosa, Texas, within the Texas Reliability Entity (NERC Region). With an operating capacity of 255 MW, this unregulated plant harnesses solar energy to contribute to the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) power control area. The project is operated by Taygete Energy Project and is majority-owned by 7X Energy, which also serves as the owner holding company. The primary power purchaser for the energy generated remains undisclosed, highlighting the project’s strategic positioning in the renewable energy market.
