Swan Garden is a solar power facility located in Villard, Minnesota, operating under the jurisdiction of the Midwest Reliability Organization. With an operating capacity of 1 megawatt, the plant contributes to the energy needs of the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s Power Control Area. The facility is managed by Nokomis Energy, which serves as both the majority owner and the holding company. As an unregulated entity, Swan Garden harnesses solar energy, utilizing the abundant resource of sunlight to generate clean, renewable power.
