Sun Mountain Solar 1 is a solar power facility located in Avondale, Colorado, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 200 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by Lightsource bp Renewable Energy Investments Limited, which also serves as the majority owner and holding company.
