The Sumrall II Solar Farm, located in Sumrall, Mississippi, operates under the SERC Reliability Corporation region. This solar facility boasts an operating capacity of 52 MW and is managed by Origis Technics USA. As an unregulated plant, it primarily harnesses solar energy, with Origis Energy USA as its majority owner and holding company. The power generated is supplied to Cooperative Energy, contributing to the renewable energy landscape within the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area.
