Sugarhill Road – Solitude Solar is a solar power facility located in Rexford, New York, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 4.7 megawatts and is integrated into the New York Independent System Operator’s power control area. The facility is managed by Standard Solar and operates under an unregulated status. The majority ownership is held by Energir Development, which is also the owner holding company. The plant harnesses solar energy as its primary fuel source. Additional ownership interests are held by Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, Enbridge, Fonds de solidarite FTQ, and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, as well as the Regime de retraite de l’Universite du Quebec.
