Stella Wind Farm, located in Armstrong, Texas, operates within the Texas Reliability Entity (NERC Region) and utilizes advanced wind turbine technology to achieve an operating capacity of 201 MW. The facility is part of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) power control area and is managed by Clearlight Energy ULC, which also serves as the majority owner. The plant operates under an unregulated status, with LS Power Development as the owner holding company. Additional ownership is held by EON Climate & Renewables North America, Greencoat Villiers, and Greencoat Columbus.
