The St. Albans SPEED Project is a solar power facility located in Saint Albans, Vermont, operating under the Northeast Power Coordinating Council. With an operating capacity of 2 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by St Albans Solar Partners, which also holds majority ownership of the project. The facility operates in an unregulated environment and sells its power primarily to Vermont Electric Power Producers.
