SR Russellville is a solar power facility located in Olmstead, Kentucky, operating under the jurisdiction of the SERC Reliability Corporation. With an operating capacity of 173 MW, the plant plays a significant role in the Tennessee Valley Authority’s power control area. The facility is managed by Russellville Solar and is classified as unregulated. Silicon Ranch Corporation serves as the majority owner, with Shell New Energies US also holding ownership stakes in the plant.
