SR Panola I is a solar power facility located in Batesville, Mississippi, operating under the jurisdiction of the SERC Reliability Corporation. With an operating capacity of 6.6 megawatts, the plant contributes to the energy needs of the Tennessee Valley Authority’s Power Control Area. The facility is managed by Silicon Ranch Corporation, which also serves as the majority owner and holding company. SR Panola I operates in an unregulated environment, utilizing solar energy as its primary fuel source. Additionally, Shell New Energies US is recognized as another owner of the power plant.
