Springfield Solar PV is a solar power generation facility located in Springfield, Massachusetts, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 4 megawatts (MW) and is integrated into the ISO New England power control area. The facility is operated by NSTAR Electric Company, which also serves as the majority owner. Eversource Energy, the parent holding company, oversees the ownership structure. As a regulated entity, Springfield Solar PV contributes to the renewable energy landscape by harnessing solar energy, thereby supporting sustainable power generation in the region.
