SolarClub 23 is a solar power facility located in La Crescent, Minnesota, operating under the jurisdiction of the Midwest Reliability Organization. With an operating capacity of 1 MW, the plant utilizes solar technology to harness energy from the sun. It is integrated into the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area, ensuring efficient management and distribution of generated electricity. The facility is operated by Nautilus Solar Energy, which also holds the majority ownership stake. The ownership structure includes the Desmarais Family Residual Trust as the holding company, alongside other stakeholders such as Pansolo Holding. The plant operates in an unregulated environment, allowing for flexible operational strategies. Other owners of the power plant include Nautilus Solar Energy and Pansolo Holding.
