SolarClub 20 is a solar power facility located in Wabasha, Minnesota, operating under the jurisdiction of the Midwest Reliability Organization. With an operating capacity of 1 MW, this plant utilizes solar technology to harness energy from the sun. The facility is managed by Nautilus Solar Energy, which also serves as the majority owner. The plant operates within the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area and maintains an unregulated status. The ownership structure includes the Desmarais Family Residual Trust as the holding company, along with additional ownership stakes held by Nautilus Solar Energy and Pansolo Holding. Other owners of the power plant include Nautilus Solar Energy and Pansolo Holding.
