The Snoqualmie Hydroelectric Plant, located in Fall City, Washington, operates under the jurisdiction of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC). With an operating capacity of 12.1 MW, this facility utilizes hydraulic turbine technology to generate power. The plant is managed by Puget Sound Energy, which also serves as the power control area. As an unregulated entity, the Snoqualmie plant is primarily owned by OMERS Administration Corporation, with additional ownership stakes held by British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, Macquarie Infrastructure Partners, Alberta Investment Management Corporation, and PGGM Vermogensbeheer BV.
