Skylark is a solar power plant located in Severance, Colorado, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. With an operating capacity of 4 MW, it harnesses the sun’s energy to generate electricity. The plant is managed by Silicon Ranch Corporation, which also serves as the majority owner and holding company. Operating in an unregulated environment, Skylark supplies power primarily to the Poudre Valley Rural Electric Association (R E A) and is part of the WAPA Colorado-Missouri Region power control area.
