Signature Breads Chelsea is a power generation facility located in Chelsea, Massachusetts, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant operates with an internal combustion technology and has an operating capacity of 1.5 megawatts (MW). It is part of the ISO New England power control area. The facility is owned and operated by Rich Products Corporation, which holds the majority ownership and is also the owner holding company. The plant utilizes oil as its primary fuel source and currently operates under an unregulated regulatory status.
