Sharon Springs is a solar power facility located in Sharon Springs, New York, operating under the jurisdiction of the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC). With an operating capacity of 2 megawatts, the plant contributes to the energy needs of the New York Independent System Operator’s Power Control Area. The facility is managed by Onyx Asset Services Group and is classified as unregulated. The majority ownership is held by RBC Capital Markets, a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada. Additional ownership is shared with Onyx Renewables.
