Seminole Mill is a steam turbine power generation facility located in Jacksonville, Florida, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. The plant operates with a capacity of 20 megawatts and is part of the JEA power control area. WestRock RKT serves as the plant operator, while WestRock CP holds the majority ownership. The facility is unregulated and is owned by WestRock Company. Utilizing gas as its primary fuel source, Seminole Mill contributes to the energy landscape of the region, aligning with WestRock’s commitment to efficient and sustainable energy production.
