The Santa Isabel Pattern Wind Plant, located in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, is a state-of-the-art wind energy facility with an operating capacity of 101.2 MW. Utilizing advanced wind turbine technology, the plant is operated by Pattern Energy Group and is under the regulatory jurisdiction of Canada. The majority ownership lies with Pattern Energy Group, while the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board holds the ownership stake. The primary power purchaser for the energy generated is the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, contributing to the region’s renewable energy goals.
