Sandlake is a state-of-the-art battery energy storage facility located in Pecos, Texas, within the Texas Reliability Entity (NERC Region). With an operating capacity of 9.9 MW, Sandlake plays a crucial role in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) power control area. The plant is operated by Hen Infrastructure and is classified as unregulated, allowing for flexible operational strategies. The majority ownership of Sandlake is held by Hunt Energy Network, which also serves as the owner holding company.
