San Luis Valley Solar Ranch is a solar power facility located in Mosca, Colorado, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 35 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is operated by Avangrid Renewables, which is also the majority owner, under the holding company Iberdrola SA. The facility is unregulated and primarily sells its power to the Public Service Company of Colorado, contributing to the region’s renewable energy supply.
