Saddle Mountain Solar I is a solar power facility located in Tonopah, Arizona, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 15 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is operated by Sune Az2 and is unregulated, providing power primarily to the Arizona Public Service Company, which is also its major power purchaser. The facility is owned by Silicon Ranch Corporation, which holds the majority ownership and is responsible for its operational management.
